GUIDELINES FOR CHOOSING YOUR OWN SET MENU

Most of the food at Chiang Mai Kitchen is cooked fresh to order. For bookings of 8 or more a selection of dishes must be chosen in advance. Divide the number in your group by 4 or 5, this is the number of separate menu choices, for example

For 8 persons, 4 dishes, 2 of each

For 10 persons, 5 dishes, 2 of each

For 12 persons, 4 dishes, 3 of each

For 15 persons, 5 dishes, 3 of each

For 16 persons, 4 dishes, 4 of each

Rice and noodles are on top of this; a noodle portion feeds 3 people, and rice 1 person

1. Try to balance the order between spicy & not spicy, vegetables & meat, hot & cold. The idea behind a Thai meal is that each person can enjoy 4 or 5 different taste sensations; too many different flavours are overwhelming. It is important to note that some of the dishes are duplicated in different sections of the menu, with the only difference being the main ingredient, (for example, chicken in garlic and pepper, and beef in garlic and pepper). Try not to choose 2 dishes the same.

2. A service charge of 10% will be added to parties of 5 or more.

3. All parties must be confirmed 48 hours before intended arrival time, with an accurate number of people attending. In the event of no one confirming the booking and if we are

unable to contact you the booking will be cancelled.

4. Due to the popularity of Chiang Mai Kitchen early booking will be given a leaving time, we do ask you to help the staff by leaving on time. If you wish to have no time limit you will need to ask for a booking in the second sitting.

If you have any questions please call 01865 202233, we are open everyday, lunch and evening.

Thank you and happy choosing!
